Cheat codes for The Sims 3
Below is a list of handy cheat codes for The Sims 2.
To open the games cheat console, hold: Ctrl+Shift+C
Money & Other Currency Cheats
- kaching - Adds 1,000 Simoleons to the current household funds
- motherlode - Adds 50,000 Simoleons to the current household funds
- familyfunds {family/household name} {amount} - Sets the household funds to a set amount. For example, 'familyfunds "Goth" 10000' will set the funds for the Goth household to 10,000 Simoleons
- freerealestate - Must be entered in the neighborhood view (Edit Town). Makes all lots and houses free to move into.
- shazaam - Gives the active Sim +2,500 Lifetime Happiness Points.
Build & Buy Cheats
- moveobjects on - Allows you to move and place any object (including Sims and non-movable objects) anywhere, bypassing placement rules.
- moveobjects off - turns off previous cheat.
- allowobjectsonroofs - Allows you to place objects directly on the roof surface..
- buydebug on/off - Requires testingcheatsenabled true to be active first. Unlocks a new category in Buy Mode (a question mark icon: ?) containing hidden, unbuyable, and debug objects (like spawners, effects, and special plants).
Gameplay Cheats
- testingcheatsenabled true - Enables all the games' advanced debug features.
